WHISTLEBLOWING
The whistleblowing framework, introduced into the legal system in order to counteract potential corrupt practices in the workplace, provides specific protection for individuals who report unlawful conduct, ensuring that they can do so without fear of retaliation or adverse consequences.
A whistleblower is defined as any individual who witnesses an unlawful act or irregularity in the workplace and decides to report it. The definition of whistleblowers includes fixed-term and permanent employees, interns, managers, directors, collaborators, consultants, as well as employees or collaborators of companies supplying goods or services.
Anyone wishing to report unlawful conduct of which they have become aware in connection with their working relationship with SORGENTE ORTICAIA S.R.L. may do so by using the procedures expressly set out in Section 9 “Reports to the Supervisory Body” of the General Section of Model 231, in accordance with applicable legislation and the A.N.AC. Guidelines on the matter.
