Our Process
The bottling process of Acqua Silva combines precision, technology, and safety, in full compliance with regulations and the highest quality standards. Like a natural safe, the water preserves its chemical and physical properties intact, from the heart of the spring all the way to you.
At the Pracchia plant, the water is collected in stainless steel tanks before moving on to the bottling and packaging stages. Before reaching the market, every batch is analysed in a modern in-house laboratory, managed by highly qualified personnel, to ensure maximum safety and compliance with the strictest parameters.
A HACCP self-monitoring plan guarantees quality at every stage. The bottles, carefully washed and sterilised, are packaged under conditions of maximum hygiene, ensuring a product that is safe, reliable, and impeccable.
The bottling process
Two PET (polyethylene terephthalate) lines ensure a production capacity of over 50,000 bottles per hour. This advanced technology allows Acqua Silva to combine quality, efficiency, and speed, while consistently maintaining the highest standards.
Environmental responsibility is also central to our process: we use lightweight, 100% recyclable materials such as PET, reducing environmental impact without compromising product safety.

Thanks to dedicated logistics hubs and a flexible network that integrates our own fleet with qualified external operators, Acqua Silva ensures speed, wide coverage, and precision in distribution.
